Originally from England, Trevor has lived in Cambodia for more than 21 years.
From 2011 to the present time, Trevor is Co-Founder and Executive Director at Enduring Consultancy, specialising in education, skills and vocational training, migration, employment, research and organisational development, in both the private and public sectors.
He has a Master’s degree from the UK in International Business Management, with the dissertation on the 4th Industrial Revolution and the implications for human resources and economic competitiveness in Cambodia.
Trevor has developed a strong rapport with national government and global donors such as ILO. He is a regular presenter at Asia regional conferences on the subjects of skills, employment, migration and the 4th Industrial Revolution.
He is also on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham) for more than 8 years – serving 2 years as Chair and 2 as Secretary.
He has two adult children; a son an engineer in the Royal Navy in the UK and a daughter living in Singapore.
