The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC), as Secretariat of Government Private Sector Working Group D covering Law, Tax and Governance, is proud to announce that Mr. Arnaud Darc will be assuming the role of the new Co-Chair of the Working Group. He will begin his role immediately alongside his Government counterpart H.E. Dr Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance.
Mr. Arnaud has been involved in Cambodia since 1994 as an owner businessman and is well versed with many Chambers and dealing with the Royal Government. He has been a member of IBC for many years and is well known as the Founder and CEO of Thalias Hospitality Group and the creator of some of Phnom Penh’s most renowned restaurants, deli-shops, and bakeries.
As a secretariat of the working group, IBC would like to congratulate and is pleased to be working with Mr. Arnaud, who has a prominent background and is well known to both the Royal Government and the Business Community, to continue its advocacy work on the important issues facing the Business Community.
