On 28th June 2022 from 5:00am, Norodom Boulevard will be blocked from Jul Laphal traffic lights to Kbal Kanol Highway.
This is to celebrate the 71st Anniversary of the Cambodian People’s Party.
The road will reopen after the ceremony.
