The Royal decree No. NS/RKM/0523/004 on the Law on Taxation has been promulgating to be officially used from 16 May 2023 onward.
It shall be noted that any contradictory taxation laws and regulations to this updated law, including Law on Taxation 1997 & Amendment Law on Law on Taxation 2003, shall be abrogated.
