On 09th and 10th of December from 5am Preah Norodom Boulevard will be blocked from Jul Laphal traffic lights to Kbal Kanol Highway and area around the venue.

This is for the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Cambodian People’s Party.
The road will reopen after the ceremony.
