Mission Alliance Cambodia
Mission Alliance is a foreign non-governmental organization founded in Norway in 1901. In 2007, it began operations in Cambodia with its main business activities on financial support to organization partners for community development in rural areas and Phnom Penh. In 2026 onward, the program of Inclusive Mission of Partners to Advance Civil Society Transformation-IMPACT, which is the one coordination approach to strengthen civil society, both the foundation of delivery and the goal in itself. It is a four-year program from 2026-2029, locally led consortium by Mission Alliance Cambodia with 12 Cambodian CSOs. IMPACT works through interconnected pathways, underpinned by civil society strengthening.
1.⁠ ⁠Green Economic Resilience: equips youth, farmers, and informal workers with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurship support, financial inclusion, and climate-smart practices for dignified, resilient livelihoods.
2.⁠ ⁠Safer & Secure Communities: expands survivor-centred services and referral pathways, drives prevention through community led mechanisms, and strengthens government systems to ensure protection of the most vulnerable.
3.⁠ ⁠Youth Resilience: builds confidence, employability, and leadership so that young women and men actively shape their communities and civic space.

4. Strengthened Civil Society: Local civil society organisations and community platforms are more capable, resilient, and coordinated to deliver services, advocate collectively, and drive systemic change for inclusive development.
