Throughout her career, Ms. Lyons has held senior executive leadership positions with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Raffles, Fairmont, St. Regis, Emaar Hospitality, Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Savoy, and Mandarin Oriental. She has successfully led large-scale operations, with responsibility for multi-million-dollar revenues, complex asset portfolios, and workforces of up to 700 employees across major international markets, including Shanghai, Vancouver, Doha, Dubai, London, Washington, D.C., and Manila. Known for delivering strong commercial performance, organisational transformation, and operational excellence, Ms Lyons has consistently driven revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement across diverse business environments. Her expertise spans strategic planning, asset management, governance, sustainability, brand positioning, development projects, feasibility studies, and stakeholder management. An entrepreneur and corporate executive, she previously owned and operated a successful hospitality business in Ireland and has led numerous pre-opening, expansion, and redevelopment initiatives throughout her career. Ms Lyons holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland, and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Widely respected for her leadership, commercial acumen, and international perspective, Ms Lyons brings extensive board-level experience in strategy execution, organisational leadership, talent development, and sustainable business growth, making her a valuable contributor to executive and governance committees in Cambodia and the wider region.
