Sophie is Corporate Affairs Director and a member of the Management Team at Heineken Cambodia. With nearly 20 years of international experience across Asia, Europe and Africa, she has held senior leadership roles across Heineken in Cambodia, the Netherlands, South Africa and the United Kingdom, specialising in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, communications and reputation management.
Her experience includes an assignment in Heineken’s Global CEO Office supporting the company’s global operating model transformation, leading communications and change during the integration of Heineken South Africa, Distell and Namibia Breweries, and overseeing Corporate Affairs in Cambodia, where she engages with government, business associations and civil society on issues relating to investment, sustainability and responsible business.
Prior to joining Heineken, Sophie held management and account director roles with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and Hanover Communications in the United Kingdom. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Politics and History from the University of Newcastle.
