Panha is the Admin Officer for the Cambodian Institute of Directors.

The Cambodian Institute of Directors was formally launched in January 2024 to provide a framework for standards and accreditation for corporate governance in Cambodia.

Courses offered include the Certified Director, with Examination and Accreditation and Online workshops offering a range of subjects relevant to business leaders (online, with no certification).
