As per our constitution, ๐š ๐ช๐ฎ๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ% ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, either attending in person or by proxy, is required for the meeting to proceed.
