The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) would like to invite you to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Regular General Meeting (RGM) and at  Raffles Hotel Le Royal on the 2nd of March 2022 from 12:00 pm.

Our guest speaker will discuss common constraints with renewable and clean energy,  what is being done, what are some solutions and potential business opportunities in Cambodia.

Ms. Melissa Liu – Country Manager – EnergyLab

Melissa joined EnergyLab in 2019 shortly after its establishment in Cambodia – an organisation established to facilitate the growth of the clean energy market in Cambodia, with a particular focus on startups, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Transitioning from a career in electrical engineering in Australia to managing Cambodia’s only clean energy NGO, Melissa has had the opportunity to bring together a passion for innovation with the desire to create a positive impact. She leads EnergyLab’s programs in energy efficiency and sustainable electric mobility as well as outreach and engagement with the wider community on clean energy. She is passionate about driving the local understanding of the benefits of clean energy for Cambodia’s strongest future.

There will be an election of Excom (Executive Committee) for 2022 during the AGM.

Please note in accordance with the Constitution a quorum of 50% of members is needed either present (in person or online) or proxies held. Please be aware that if you cannot attend, please take the time to fill and sign the attached Proxy Form and send it to a member attending the meeting, or to ed@ibccambodia.com before 1st March 2022.
