Over the past two decades, Cambodia has rapidly electrified and recently signed its first power export deal with Singapore, while also engaging in power purchases from neighbouring Laos and Thailand.

How can increased regional power trade can further support Cambodia’s energy goals? What is the need for private sector involvement in areas such as technical expertise, finance, and trade facilitation?

Panellists will discuss key issues like infrastructure development, regulatory alignment, and investment opportunities required to strengthen Cambodia’s position in the ASEAN power market.
