Regular General Meeting

The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) would like to inform you that the IBC will hold its Regular General Meeting (RGM) at Hotel Cambodiana and via Zoom Webinar on Wednesday, 5th August, 2020 from 12:00 pm.

To ensure our members stay safe and in line with regulations we will be limiting the amount of attendees.  The allocation will be done based on who confirms their attendance first.  The meeting will also be broadcast via Zoom for those that do not wish to attend in person, or if seats allocation is full.

Our 3 Speakers are:
H.E. Chea Serey, Director General of the Central Banking, National Bank of Cambodia to discuss “Dollarization in Cambodia”

Takao Yagi, IBC Executive Board, JBAC Board Member and General Manager, Branch of Mizuho Bank will provide insights on the latest examples of Japanese companies activities, including his view sight:

  • Expansion of Factory sharing/Supply chain
  • Aeon value / town development
  • Food value chain
  • Healthcare
  • Logistics improvement
Our new Executive Chairperson, Mr. Paul Clements will provide updates on IBC 2.0, how we are progressing and the plan moving forward.  The 3 main focal points will be:
  1. Executive Chairperson’s 100 Day Action Plan for IBC Strategy 2.0
  2. Making IBC a “Thought Leader” of the International Business Community
  3. Progressing Investment & Development Initiatives / Opportunities in Cambodia.
