The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) will hold a Breakfast Talk at The Singapore Medical Center Cambodia on Tuesday, 9th February 2021 from 7.00 am – 9.00 am.

The topic – Security in Cambodia – Staying Safe

 

Our guest presenter is Mr. Noah Ross | Regional Security Officer | U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Noah has been with the U.S. Department of State for 20 years. He has been the Regional Security Officer (RSO) for the Embassy in Phnom Penh since 2019.  Prior to that, Noah served as RSO in Yangon, Myanmar and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and as Assistant RSO in Jerusalem and London.  Noah served domestically in the U.S. in the Diplomatic Security Service’s San Francisco Field Office and the Seattle Resident Office. Noah served as Legislative Affairs Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security, and as Branch Chief for Africa & East Asia Pacific Regions with the Office of Anti-Terrorism Assistance. Noah completed eight years prior service in the U.S. Army as a Cavalry officer. Noah received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Oregon and earned a master’s degree in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University in Washington, DC.

To ensure our members stay safe and in line with regulations we will be limiting the amount of attendees.  The allocation will be done based on who confirms their attendance first.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy: As space is limited confirmation is required to ensure we stay under our legal event capacity. Due to the limit on numbers and to prevent wastage, those who confirm without cancelling before the 5th February will be charged (although if reservation is replaced by someone on the waitlist there will be no charge). A waitlist will be maintained and IBC will try to accommodate everyone.
