Parth Borkotoky is an agriculture market and supply chain specialist with experience spanning agribusiness, development finance, private sector development and climate-resilient agriculture.
He currently supports projects funded by IFAD, ADB, and DFAT, leading multi-expert teams to strengthen agricultural value chains, improve food safety systems, and advance digital transformation in Cambodia. His work contributes to project design, investment readiness, and policy dialogue with government and development partners.
Parth is also a partner at Cast Ventures and previously scaled B2B marketplace operations as a CEO. He holds a Master’s in Agricultural Economics from University Putra Malaysia.
