Originally from England, Trevor has lived in Cambodia for more than 25 years. From 2011 to the present time, Trevor has been Executive Director at Enduring Consultancy, specialising in education, vocational training, employment, research, and organizational development, especially board and governance.   He has a Master’s degree from the UK in International Business Management, with a dissertation on the 4th Industrial Revolution and the implications for human resources and economic competitiveness in Cambodia. Trevor has developed a strong rapport with the national government and global donors such as ILO. He is a regular presenter at Asian regional conferences on the subjects of skills, employment, migration, and the 4th Industrial Revolution. He is also on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham) for more than 8 years – serving each 2 years as Chair, Secretary, and Vice Chair. He has two adult children: a son an engineer in the Royal Navy in the UK and a daughter studying for her Ph.D. in the USA.
