- KANDAL M-VENTURE LIMITED – Assited to the successful initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
- ISI Group – Assisted on acquisition of a rubber plantation concession intended for conversion into Special Economic Zone spanning over 800 hectares.
- Singaporean Holding Company – Led a team of Cambodian lawyers in a matter concerning cross-border investment and accounting fraud. She was responsible for the Cambodian litigation strategy and served as the primary liaison with client and foreign counsels across multiple jurisdictions (claim value apprx: USD 210 million).
- Major International Energy Company – Assisted in preparing the facility agreement and security documents on a project finance for an Energy Project worth USD 600,000,000 by providing legal advice and legal opinions.
- International Energy Company – Acted as the Cambodian counsel in relation to a project financing of USD160,000,000 to finance the development of a 100MW Hydropower Power Plant in Cambodia.
