The Thai Business Council of Cambodia (TBCC) was created on July 22, 1999. With object to be giving more information for Thai investors to related with doing business and investment project also. On the other hand, TBCC was the center in order to communicate with Thai People through this short way.

Mr. Somsak Rinruengsin was President of The Thai Business Council who had a help early but later time it moved to Royal Thai Embassy site, supported by Minister Counselor of Commercial Affairs.
