According to notification No. 013 dated on 09th April 2020, on Measures to Prevent Covid-19 During Khmer New Year 2020 and notification No. 014 dated on 09th April 2020, on The Usage of Permit Card for Employees/Workers Transportation and Work During Domestic Travel Restriction released from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and a letter No. 066 dated on 15th April 2020, on Requesting to Quarantine for 14 Days for Workers/Employees Who Will Return to Work After Khmer New Year released from the Ministry of Health.

On 17th April 2020, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has decided to issue additional instruction on the quarantine measure for employees/workers who were absent during Khmer New Year and returned to work.
