Ministry of Public Works and Transport issued a notification on Documents to be Attached When Driving, dated on 5th August 2022
The required documents are:

1. Driver’s license must be “original”
2. Vehicle ID can use copy documents. In case the ID does not have QR code, it require confirmation from the competent authority on the copy before it can be used officially.
3. Vehicle technical inspection certificate (check) can use the copy documents
4. For vehicles engaged in the business of transporting goods or passengers, an additional permit must be attached to the vehicle for transport business to use the copy documents.
