On 12 November 2021, The Phnom Penh Capital Administration issued the Decision No. 336/21 SSR to on the adjustment of permission to hold weddings, traditional ceremonies, religious ceremonies, gatherings and other religious events in Phnom Penh.
The weddings, traditional ceremonies, religious ceremonies, gatherings and other religious events in Phnom Penh can be hold regardless of the number of participants, but depending on the venue, which can ensure the maintenance of social and individuals’ distances and health measures from November 12, 2021, onwards.
