On 24th April 2021, the Phnom Penh Administration issues a notification to inform the public about principles of getting COVID-19 test for residents living in the Red Zone.
The resident that require to get the COVID-19 test are those who are living in the risk area and those who directly and indirectly contact the infected people. For those residents who are living in the safe area, in which there are no positive cases yet, shall stay indoors without the requirement to get the test.
