The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training released a notification on 17th July 2020 to inform the owner or director of the enterprises and employees in the textile garment and footwear industries and relevant authorities that the General Secretariat of the National Council of Minimum Wages of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training will do a research on “Living Conditions and Impact of COVID-19 of Workers in Textile Garment and Footwear Industries 2020” starts from 17 to 31 July 2020 on a sample of randomly selected workers in the provincial capitals.
