On 20th September 2021, The Senate issued the press release on the result of the 7th session of the 4th Senate meeting on 20th September 2021.
During the meeting, the Senate approved seven draft laws including:
1. The draft laws on the amendment of the new Article 18 of the Law on the Amendment of Article 18 of the Law on the Audit of the Kingdom of Cambodia
2. The draft law on investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia
3. The draft law on the approval of the Protocol Amending the ASEAN Plus Three Agreement on the Preparation of Emergency Rice
4. The draft law on the amendment of Article 123, Article 138, Article 162, Article 300, Article 343, Article 350, Article 363 and Article 367 of the Labor Law that was promulgated by the Royal Kram. No. ChS / RKAM / 0397/01 dated March 13, 1997
5. The draft law on the approval of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement
6. The draft law on the approval of the Free Trade Agreement between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China
7. The draft law on competition
