The Royal Government of Cambodia has issued a Sub-Decree on the Implementation of Tariff Rates on Goods Imported from the United States.

Sub-Decree No.139, dated on 08 August 2025, on the Implementation of Tariff Rates on Goods Imported from the United States.

Article 1: A 0% customs duty rate shall be applied to goods originating in the United States and imported into the Kingdom of Cambodia from the United States.

Article 2: The 0% tariff rate specified in Article 1 shall not apply to used goods.

Article 3: The procedures for implementing the tariff rate on goods imported from the United States shall be determined by a ministry order [prakas] issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Article 4: Any regulations contrary to this sub-decree are hereby deemed null and void.

Article 5: The Minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Economy and Finance, and the ministers and heads of all relevant ministries and institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this sub-decree in accordance with their respective duties from the date of signing.
