His Excellency Ly Thuch, Senior Minister, Vice-President of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) had a meeting with Mr. Paul Clements, Chairperson of IBC to find out about the development of the mine action sector in Cambodia on June 2nd, 2022, at the Mines authorities.
H.E Ly Thuch mentioned the accomplishments and achievements of 30 years of mine action in Cambodia supported by the government and engaged by other countries, developing partners, national and international operators, and other relevant countries.
H.E will urge and discuss more with IBC, other business chambers, private sectors in Cambodia and international and foreign funds to join with the royal government of Cambodia through mine authorities in demining mines and rescuing disabled people in the mining industry in Cambodia.
