After a successful 1st Round Table discussion the IBC Education Working Group is pleased to announce a 2nd Round Table discussion on 13 Sep @ 2pm focusing on the Tourism & Hospitality Sectors.

The aim of the discussion is to create more conversations between the private sector and educational institutions on the skills needed to be effective in the workplace.

During this discussion representatives from the Private Sector will have the opportunity to share current skill needs for new employees in the Tourism & Hospitality sectors. Educational Institution representatives will have the opportunity to engage with the Private Sector to better understand these needs.

We are now calling for interested participants, with a maximum of 5 from each of the Private Sector (Tourism & Hospitality) and Educational Institutions (higher education offering Tourism/Hospitality Programs).
