paired with a amazing food prepared by Rosewoods top chefs.

Followed by whisky tasting and pairing menu presented by Iain Thompson Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard:
Glenlivet 12 Single Malt Scotch Whisky – paired with – Belotta with honey and whipped brie

Chivas Regal XV Blended Scotch Whisky – paired with – Tuna sashimi with coconut and lime dressing

Ballantines 17 Blended Scotch Whisky – paired with – Seared wagyu, oyster mushrooms, jus

Royal Salute 21 Blended Scotch Whisky – paired with – Dark Chocolate & walnut melt

As we are sitting outside you also have the option of pairing the above with a Cigar from Rosewoods amazing collection.  Cigars start from $10 and the menu is attached for your review before the event.
