Confirmation & Cancellation Policy: As space is limited confirmation is required to ensure we stay under our legal event capacity. Due to the limit on numbers and to prevent wastage, those who confirm without cancelling before the 25th March will be charged (although if reservation is replaced by someone on the waitlist there will be no charge). A waitlist will be maintained and IBC will try to accommodate everyone.
