We have a special guest speaker Mr. James Hodge – Managing Director of CBRE to discuss an update on the current trends and market forces driving change in the retail, office and industrial/logistics real estate sectors in Cambodia.

James Hodge joined CBRE Cambodia in 2016 prior to which he studied and worked in commercial and residential real estate in the UK. He has a specialist real estate degree from the University of Reading and since joining CBRE, James has gained wide ranging experience across a number of service lines. As of January 2021, James’ was promoted to the position of Managing Director and as such he oversees the company’s day to day operations, leading business development, developing client relations and advising for international investors. In addition, James works closely with all of CBRE Cambodia’s teams in order to promote the delivery of high-quality services across the company. James is responsible for leading sole agency projects, delivering complex tenant representation services, as well as for major consultancy and valuation projects for both Cambodian and International organisations. In addition, James’ role includes engaging with the press and delivering presentations to clients, ensuring compliance with international and company policies and assisting and developing team members to reach their full potential.
