On 14 November 2021, The Ministry of Health issued a Notification on allowing passengers who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Cambodia without being required to do the quarantine.
The measure for the passengers that enter Cambodia are as follows:
– Passengers who have been fully vaccinated against COVID19 and come to Cambodia by air, sea and land must bring COVID19 vaccination card or certificate, which confirms they got full basic dose, and PCR test certification that valid for 72 hours obtained prior to arrival in Cambodia recognized by the health authority of the home country.
Upon arrival in Cambodia, passengers must take a COVID19 Rapid Test at the entrance and wait for 15 to 20 minutes to get the test results. After receiving a negative COVID19 test result, the person is able to travel freely in Cambodia, regardless of region or province, and is not required to do the quarantine.
– Passengers who have not been vaccinated against COVID19 are required to do the COVID19 PCR test and have a 14 day quarantine in accordance with the procedures in force.
– Passengers who have been fully vaccinated against COVID19 and are currently having quarantine at all quarantine centers, hotels and homes across the country, and are not positive for COVID19 will be allowed to leave quarantine from November 15. 2021 onwards.
This announcement will be implemented from November 15, 2021, onwards.
