On 22 September 2021, The Phnom Penh Capital Administration issued the Decision No. 302/21 SSR to continue to adopt the administrative measures for 14 days from 24 September till 7 October 2021 to curb the spread of COVID19 in Phnom Penh. The necessary measures to be taken are as follows:
– Temporary suspend some works and business activities such as both Private and Public school and educational institution that do not have the policy to reopen yet, KTV, Bar, Casino, resort, museum, park, massage business, movie and art theater, gym, any outlet that sells alcohol, and any place that sell and drink alcohol.
– Temporary ban gathering for over 15 people except for family gathering in the same resident, funeral that follow competent authority administration and got negative after COVID19 test, the gathering of health officer for COVID19 test, vaccination and other emergency services, gathering of competent authority for public security and stability, and other necessary gathering for public interest or other purpose identified by the competent authority
– Temporary ban on all alcohol sales and all gathering for all kind of alcohol.
