COVID-19 – IBC Embracing Remote Working to Minimize Risk

IBC Embracing Remote Working to Minimize Risk

Dear Members of the IBC,

In response to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak situation in Cambodia, and due to the characterization of this disease as a “Global Pandemic” by the World Health Organization (WHO), government around the world have imposed a variety of travel restrictions to and from countries where the COVID-19 infections are prevalent and rising. Restrictions include entry denial, enhanced health checks, issuance of a health certificate and quarantine at home, hotel or government facility for 14 days to follow up conditions and confirm the existence or non-existence of the disease.

With our highest consideration of the public health and especially the well-being of our teams, The International Business Chamber of Cambodia has decided to implement a policy whereby all of our team will start working remotely, starting from 26th March 2020, until the situation concerning the outbreak of COVID-19 disease becomes better.

Therefore, we wish to inform all of our Members that IBC will still provide all our services and information to our members.  Our communications will be done via phone calls email, social media and video conferencing options.

Any inquiries, please kindly send an email to: info@ibccambodia.com

This policy remains in effect until further notice.

We thanks you for your understanding and kind cooperation.

Best Regards,

IBC Executive Office
