On 10th December 2020, the General Department of Taxation released the notification inform the owner of the enterprise, and all taxpayers that the E-VAT Refund System that was implement by the instruction 001 on 09 January 2019 will be disabled and replaced by E-Filling System from 01 January 2021 onward.
