On 8th May 2021, the Phnom Penh City Hall issued an instruction to continue the ban on the sale of all kinds of alcohol in Phnom Penh for two more weeks from May 9 to May 22, 2021.
Any person who continues to sell or distribute any kind of alcohol during the prohibition period shall be punished in accordance with the law on measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other deadly diseases and the relevant legal documents in force.
