On 6th January 2021, the Ministry of Health issued a press release to inform to the public regarding the result of one new positive case of COVID-19 found on 5th January.
The new positive case is the Cambodian male worker from Thailand (28 years old), lives in Pailin province, arrives Cambodia on 2nd January 2021.
As of January 5, Cambodia had recorded a total of 383 COVID-19 cases with 362 recovered. 18 of the 21 current positive cases are Cambodian workers from Thailand.
