On 23rd July 2021, the Ministry Of Health issued the Press Release to inform the public that quarantine hotel reservation are now available for travelers entering Cambodia at Phnom Penh International Airport.
The two hotel that are available for reservation are our member the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence and the Courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh.
Travelers who wish to use this service need to:
– Travelers must select a hotel and make a reservation directly through the hotel websites at:
www.sokhahotels.com.kh/phnompenh/
https://www.marriott.com/offers/quarantine-in-comfort-off-27502?propertycode=pnhcy 2 days before departure
– Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport the traveler need to:
1. Present the necessary travel documents as in the case of regular travelers, such as a valid visa, a health certificate
2. Show proof of booking for a 14-day stay to the competent official.
– In situation that the competent authorities find that the traveler has a high risk, the traveler must cooperate with them. In the case of the ‘hotel reservation service’ can not be used, the hotel deposit will be refunded and the traveler has to deposit $ 2,000 as a normal passenger.
