The Royal Government of Cambodia issued a Sub-Decree No. 287 Nr/Prk on the Tax on Signboard dated 20 September 2023.

For the purpose of this Sub-Decree, the term Signboard refers to:
1. Any advertising materials made of rubber, plain paper, fabric or other objects
2. Business signs for marking the name, location, office or business place
3. Signboard or posters for commercial purposes

The tax on signboard shall apply accordingly to the following types of rates and additional conditions as mentioned in the Sub-Decree attached.
