Tax Incentive: No Audit on Tourism business in Phnom Penh in the 2020-2022 Period

Ministry of Tourism issued a Notification on Tax Incentive: No Audit on Tourism business in Phnom Penh in the 2020-2022 Period on 21 December 2023. Pursuant to the announcement of the Royal Government (RGC) on the results of the 19th Royal Government Private Sector Forum, the Department of Tourism of Phnom Penh would like to inform that the RGC has introduced a number of intervention measures in order to continue to restore and promote the development of tourism in Cambodia. In this regard, the Tourism sector in Phnom Penh is to receive tax incentives by not having to conduct an audit on the tourism business, including hotels, guesthouses, restaurants and travel agencies in the period from 2020 to 2022 for Phnom Penh city.
