Two Imported Case of COVID-19 on 12th December

On 13th December 2020, the Ministry of Health issued a press release to inform to the public regarding the result of two imported cases of COVID-19 found on 12th December.

The two infected people are:

A Jordanian man, ages 47-year-old, arrived Phnom Penh via South Korea on December 10. 76 other passengers, who was travelling with this patient tested negative and are being quarantined at two separate hotels in Phnom Penh.

A Cambodian man, ages 32-year-old, arrived in Cambodia from Malaysia via South Korea on December 11. Other 62 other passengers who was travelling with him, are all tested negative and are being quarantined at three separate hotels in the capital.

According to the Ministry of Health, as of December 13, Cambodia had recorded a total of 359 Covid-19 cases with 307 recoveries, forty of the infected people are in relation to the 28th November Event.
